Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.

Let's update your online banking connection to help you reestablish your online banking connection. I'm here to help you through the process.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. In your company, head to the Transactions menu on the left panel and choose Banking.
  2. This action will open a screen that shows a list of your accounts.
  3. Click the Blue tile icon and choose Northeast Credit Union from the drop-down.
  4. Click the Pencil icon to see more options.
  5. Choose the Edit sign-in info button and then enter your account information.
  6. Tap Save and connect.
  7. When you see a confirmation message, click I'm done, Let's go!.

 

QuickBooks automatically downloads the most recent available transactions. After that, you can categorize, match, or add them to the bank register.
