Can anyone share a customized report in QBO for a better Income Statement? I want Last Month budget versus actuals and YTD budget versus actuals on the same report?

There are special budget reports that help you keep track of your budget and income goals. You can pull up the Budgets vs. Actuals report for May 2020 from the Budgets page. It summarizes your actual account totals every month and shows how much you're under or over budget.

Once pulled up, you'll have to customize the date by choosing the This Year-to-date option in the Report period field. Let me guide you how.

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Budgeting.
3. Find your budget for May 2020 on the list.
4. Click the drop-down arrow under the Action column.
5. Select Run Budgets vs. Actuals report.
6. In the Report period field, select This Year-to-date.
7. Select the Run report button.
