In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you're only able to add one SKU when adding an inventory item. This is to secure an accurate information when tracking your inventories.

Yes, with a work around
You do have to stock just the main inventory item as intuit stated, but
you can create a bundle item, name it as the alternate name, list the main item in the bundle, and set the bundle to not print the item(s). Use that item for sales under that name
Can I do that with many items at the same time when I import my products list by excel ?

As of now, we're unable to import bundle item from Excel to QBO. You'll want to create a bundle item inside your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Let me show you how.
Go to the Gear icon.

I've got an option you may wish to consider to get rid of the error message. You'll want to add an indication so QuickBooks will think that they are different entries/products. Please see screenshot below:
Once done, try uploading a file to Excel again to see if it works. Otherwise, you may contact our Customer Care Support to further assist you with this.
