Can I email punch report every shift to managers?

There's no direct way to automatically email the punch report to managers after each shift, Jim. However, you can send these reports manually outside of QBO.

To verify the productivity of labor, run the Time Activities by Employee Detail report. This report tracks the duration of employee hours. You can export it to Excel, add any necessary details, and then email it to your managers manually.

To export a report. Here's how:

1. Navigate to the Reports section.
2. Search for and select the Time Activities by Employee Detail report.
3. Customize the report to meet your specific needs.
4. Export the report by clicking on Export to Excel.
