Can I get zero balance accounts to not show up on the balance sheet and p

Hello, @usertracyl Thanks for coming to the Community for help with your Balance sheet. I'd love to help you customize your report to remove accounts with a 0 balance. Here are the steps:

  1. Go to Reports and click on Balance Sheet.
  2. Scroll to the top of the report and click on Customize.
  3. Underneath Rows/Columns, click on the dropdown next to Show non-zero or active only and select "non-zero".
  4. Click on Run Report.

Here's an in-depth article on customizing report options in QuickBooks: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.

The above steps will give you the filters you need to only view accounts with a balance. If you have any more questions, please feel free to reply to this post. All of us here in the Community are eager to help!
