Can I have a problem to ask, I can find order 2706 from shopify platform in the "sale" module, but I can't find this data in the sales list in the "report" module?

the sales order data of the "sale" module and the "report" module are inconsistent?

Hi, first I would like to correct my mistake, the correct order number should be 2076. The products in the order are Half-Gallon - Clear, Quart - clear, Shopify -Gallon 2022/Clear. Order 2076 can be found in the "sales-all sales" module on the left menu bar, but there is no information about order 2076 in the "reports-custom reports" module.

Shopify's sales data is fine, but syncing it to QuickBooks is not.
