Hello Sshadfar,

 

Thank you for reaching out to the Quickbooks Community! That's a great question. To import bills, we need to turn on the import bills. These are the steps to proceed:

 

  1. Select the Gear Icon, then click Quickbooks Labs.
  2. Click ON from Import Bills.
  3. On the bottom of the page, select Done.
  4. Go back to Gear icon, choose Import Data, then Import Bills.

With this, CSV files are used for uploading the bills. I recommend following this article because there are some limitations and capabilities when using this feature.

Importing batch transactions for Vendor Bills from the Excel spreadsheet is not available in any QBO plans. Maybe with a purchase of 3-rd party app, you can do it but not within QBO yet.

 

In the Advanced QBO plan, you can enter batch transactions for Vendor Bills. But such entering batch transactions feature is currently not available other plans (Plus, Essentials & Simple Start).
