Can I keep my discount if I upgrade?

I will share some insights regarding whether your discount will be retained if you upgrade to QuickBooks Online.

Intuit provides a discount for three (3) months when you sign up for a new QuickBooks Online account. You can avail of this discount during the process of acquiring your QBO Plan. 

Nevertheless, since you have already subscribed and would like to apply the discount, then you will need to contact our Billing support team. One of our representatives will be able to check your account and provide you with options on how you can avail of it. Here are the steps:

1. Go to Help and then select Search.
2. Click on Contact Us.
3. Enter your issue like discount in the What can we help you with? field and click Continue.
4. Choose a way how you can connect with us.
