Can I move the same data from Quickbooks desktop mac to Quickbooks online again?

I deleted duplicate entries and other entries from the bank register I should not have. I would like to just start over.

If you are using QBO Simple Start or your account > 60 days old, you should open a new blank QBO account to migrate data from QB Desktop.

I am using Quickbooks Essentials starting last week.
