Can I print a profit and loss report?

Thanks for joining this thread, Vagner. I'm here to address your concern about the missing print icon when running a report in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If you're using a mobile app to print a report, the print icon is currently unavailable. I'd suggest using a QBO web browser to access it. You can follow the steps provided by my colleague, Mark_R on how to do it.

If you're using a web browser and can't find the print icon, we can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to see if this is browser-related. Let's start by logging into your account using a private browser.

You can refer to these shortcut keys to open a private window in all supported browsers:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

Moreover, if you wish to learn more different ways in tracking and personalizing your reports in QBO, please check out these articles:

Please keep me informed by commenting below if you have more concerns about the missing print icon button in QBO. I'm always available to help you. Have a good one.
