Thanks for reaching out to the Community for support. I'm happy to provide some insight into renewing your subscription for QuickBooks Simple Start. 

 

Since your subscription has gone into the suspended stage, you'll need to renew your payment information and subscription by speaking to one of our customer service agents. Our customer service team has the tools available to review your account in a secure environment and renew your account for you. I've included the steps below to contact support. 

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  4. Hit Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us (Chat, Callback, Etc.)

It's my priority to help you and I want to make sure everything else is taken care of immediately. That said, you may share your concern here with us in this thread so we can address it for you immediately.

 

But if you need to work with our live support, you can set a scheduled callback to get a phone call from an agent. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks, then go to the Help menu.
  2. Choose the Talk to a human option (then type it again when prompted).
  3. When asked by the bot, type in a short description of your concern.
  4. Select I still need a human.
  5. Proceed with Contact us.
  6. Click Let’s talk, then choose either Get a callback or Start messaging

Or, some QuickBooks users have this option:

 

  1. Select Contact us from the Help menu.
  2.  Enter a short description of your concern in the What can we help you with box.
  3. Proceed with the Let's talk button.
  4. Choose a way to connect with a live representative.
