Hello, Christopher. The option to switch the billing currency directly within QuickBooks Online from the US version (USD) to Kenyan version (KES) is currently unavailable. The version and currency are tied to the region where the account was initially set up.
To change your version and billing currency, you will first need to cancel your current QuickBooks Online US account and sign up for a new account on the QuickBooks Kenya website. When you arrive at the Plans & Pricing page, if the country is displayed as Philippines (PH) or any other, you can switch it to Kenya (KE) by selecting the indicator beside the Login dropdown.
Once you’ve successfully subscribed to your new account in the Kenyan version, you'll want to manually export your company data from the US account and import it into your new Kenyan account, as automatic data transfer is not supported between different regional versions.
