It's a great joy to welcome you to the Community forum, Joe. It's a pleasure to help you log into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account on your laptop.

Accessing your account quickly on any device will help you conveniently run your business activities in QuickBooks. The system sometimes operates strangely when the browser is full of outdated pages. I suggest performing some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate this issue.

Let's begin by signing in to your account in a private window. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P

If you're able to log in, return to your default browser and clear the cache and cookies to start afresh. If not, you can use another supported browser to optimize your QBO experience.

If you want to change your credentials in QuickBooks Online, you can refer to this article: Update or change your Intuit Account login information.
