Can't add new users

I keep getting this error: The feature you've requested is temporarily unavailable

I tried clearing all of my web browser's cache, enabled all the cookies and JavaScript, used multiple devices, changed my IP Address with a VPN, and restarted my computer. None of these worked.

Can someone help me with this?

Can't add new users

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. I see you want to add a new user and have met an error during the process. I commend you for performing the immediate troubleshooting steps to rectify the issue.

 

Have you tried inviting the user via mobile phone number and a different email? If not, I suggest doing so. However, if the issue persists after performing the other troubleshooting steps, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Time Support. It allows them to look into your account and confirm the problem.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Time. Click Find answers and get help.
  2. Enter your concern, then select Contact Us.
  3. Choose a way to connect with us:
