Can't cancel subscription. Ordered wrong platform. Cancellation site won't confirm
The cancellation page issue is being worked on by our engineers, vickaplan.
Rest assured, our engineers are on hand to have this issue a permanent fix. We will send you an update through email once an update is rolled out. For as to add you as one of the affected users, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed Support team. Here's how:
Click the Assistant button.
Enter Talk to a human.
Enter I can't cancel QuickBooks.
Select I still need a human.
Select either Message an agent or Get a callback from us.
Once everything's fine, you can cancel the subscription, and then purchase the correct QuickBooks platform.
