Hi hankinsstrucks.
It sounds to me that you may need to try troubleshooting a few things because it looks like your computer may be acting up. Lets try these few steps and go from there.
1. Use Google Chrome.
- We highly recommend using Google Chrome as your browser, simply because it runs the smoothest with our product. If you don't have Chrome you can click here and it will take you to a download link.
2. Clearing Cache and Cookies.
- It's recommended to clear cache and cookies as the cache pre-stores files like images and web pages that sit on your hard drive for faster access if you were to visit the same pages again or pages that have the same components. Having this data on the hard drive can be a privacy issue for some people. If you do not know how to do this, click here for step-by-step instructions.
3. Use an Incognito tab
- My final suggestion would be to try an incognito tab. Click here for directions on how to access it.
These steps should resolve any issues you're experiencing. If not, let me know here and we can try something else.
Thank you and have a wonderful evening.
