Can you change the time format from decimal to minutes in QB online?

Welcome to the Community, mpbfigy. I'd be happy to help you and provide some insights about the time format in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

In QuickBooks Online, the billable-time format is in decimal form. The option to change the time format is unavailable. Rest assured, I'll take note of this idea and share it with our developers.

You can also refer to this article to run reports for Time by the worker, Time by the customer, or Unbilled time: Access time tracking reports.

Additionally, you can check this article to learn how to personalize and add specific info to your sales forms: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to message me again if you have any other concerns about the time format in QBO. I'm always around to help. Stay safe.

Wow! QuickBooks Desktop actually measures and displays time in time format and has been able to do so since the beginning of time. The time since time existed for it, anyway. Since, you know, time is measured in time: minutes and seconds (remember those)?

I guess this is just one more of the hundreds (thousands?) of ways QuickBooks Desktop is better than QuickBooks Online.
