Let me share insights and help you edit your report in QuickBooks Online.
Currently, there isn't a way to add or delete vendors on your customized report. We can only set up a schedule and add your custom reports to a group so only certain people can view them.
As an alternative, we can run a Standard report in your QBO account. From there, you can customize it to show specific accounts, vendors, and customers, or format the layout so the right data shows up in the right place.
