Welcome to the Community, @karen132. I know that you need help in exporting payroll to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
We're currently investigating this unexpected behavior to fix it quickly. For now, you'll want to check your Bank of America user profile and update your email address from there. Then, go back to connect with QBO.
I also recommend contacting our Customer Care team to link your account to INV-43783. You'll then get notified of its progress through email.
