Hello, Generosomateo. In the QuickBooks Online US version, English is the only option. The US version is designed for US businesses and tax codes, and therefore, the primary language is English. Since you want to change from English to Spanish, we can use the Translate option in your web browser settings.

Here's How:

  1. Navigate to the Three-dots icon on the upper right corner of your screen.
  2. Select Translate.
  3. Click the Three-dots again, then hit Choose Another Language.
  4. Pick the Spanish language, then Translate.

Just a heads-up, it's not a complete translation. Some things might still be in English.

Also, QuickBooks Online has multilingual invoicing, which helps translate your invoices into different languages. When you send them an invoice, QuickBooks automatically translates it into the language you selected. Here's how to do this in QuickBooks:

  1. Go to My Apps, then Customer Hub.
  2. Select Customers and choose the one you want to edit.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. From the Language to use when you send invoices, you can choose Spanish.
  5. Once done, hit Save.
