You have the option to cancel the subscription on your end. Let me show you.
Please follow these steps:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
- From the Billing & Subscription tab, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
- Follow the onscreen steps.
Once canceled, you have one year to access the data if you need them for reporting purposes. After, all your data will be deleted permanently.
In addition, you can permanently delete your personal data. Sign in to accounts.intuit.com and proceed to the Data & Privacy section, then click on Delete. Please note that we're unable to undo this process so please read everything on the page before confirming the deletion.

Lastly, I suggest you export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online. Save them to any external or local hard drive cause you may be needing them in the future.
