In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can cancel your account and subscription by going to Subscriptions and billing in the Settings.
Here's how:
- Log in to your QBO account.
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Subscriptions and billing under PROFILE column.
- Click Cancel.
