"Cancelled account" nightmare

Hello,

I am going thru a nightmware with Quickbooks.

1- My account got cancelled 2 weeks ago (no idea why, subscription is current, same account used for Turbo tax)

2- No-one at quickbooks can help "your account is cancelled, we are not allowed to help"

3- I get turbox tax to re-activate my account (submitting IDs)

4- I get the accountant on my Quickbooks company to re-invite me using a different email adress

I thought it was solved.

 

Today: 

- Quickbooks has cancelled my "quickbooks payment"

- my Quickbooks checking is "on hold"

- Same story, no-one can help, "my account is cancelled"

 

Where do I go for help? The Quickbooks checking has a significant amount of money, and suppliers need to be paid. Is the only option legal?

None seems able to help. The money is locked on the account (I have access to see it), No payment can come out and customer support can not help.

Once the issue is fixed, you may also want to categorize your online bank transactions to help you identify tax deductions and tell you where your business makes and spends money.

"Cancelled account" nightmare

Actually, it's all too common for QB to do this to it's customers.  If you use the Search bar at the top of any page here in the community, you will find a LOT of people in your same situation.  Seems that most have fought for weeks, if not MONTHS on end, to no avail.  

You see, QB will "hold" money for as long as they possibly can, so they can collect interest off it.  Sadly, they can hold it for months. They do this same thing when they randomly close an account with money in it. They always say they sent an email.  You'll see from the other threads that those people haven't received one.  QB will say they need documentation.  Even when you send it, they still hold your money.  

 

There is talk of a class action lawsuit, due to this ridiculousness that IS QB.  The best place to get info is on Facebook.  I'll include the link below, in case you are interested.

OK, let's start again. This time...please read the entire content.

 

I have talked to a human. I have chatted with human - at least in theory-

 

The conclusion is "My sincerest apologies as we are no longer permitted to help you as your account has been terminated"

 

I need to talk to someone in the back office that is allowed to review why an account is wrongly terminated and re-instate it. Calling the phone number only goes to "I am not permitted to help"
