You are being prompted to that specific error message because QuickBooks Line of Credit is only available for QuickBooks Online subscribers, YPC.
Since you're using QuickBooks Solopreneur, you may want to consider subscribing to one of the QuickBooks Online (QBO) plans if you wish to proceed with applying for a QuickBooks Line of Credit.
Once you have a QBO subscription, open the invitation link and use your QBO account to start applying for QuickBooks Line of Credit.
You can also go to the Line of Credit tab in your QBO account.

- Navigate to My apps, then click on the Lending dropdown.
- Select Line of Credit.
