Cannot access old account

Thanks for posting your concern here in the Community space, loyaltyentertain.

I can help you access your old account and get back to business seamlessly. However, I'd like to ask for further details to help us get on the same page.

Have you lost your user ID or password? Or is your verification code not working? Additional details can help us provide you with an accurate resolution.

You can still access your account if you forget your credentials, as long as you still have your phone or email on file. Here's how:

  1. Go to our sign-in help page.
  2. Enter your account's phone number, email address, or user ID.
  3. We'll send you a text or email with a verification code if you provide your phone number or email address. Select your preferred method if prompted for a login ID.
  4. Please enter the verification code or follow the instructions in the message. We may ask you for more information to ensure it’s you.
  5. Reset your password when prompted. You can also choose to Skip.

You can change the email address, phone number, and password once you're back or access your product promptly. For future sign-in attempts, we advise adding a phone number to your account if you haven't already so that you can receive verification codes from us.

If you lost your phone or email address, please refer to this article on how to fix it: Recover your Intuit Account if you can’t sign in. It also contains other sign-in tips and troubleshooting for other issues when signing in to your account.

Moreover, this resource can guide you in updating your account information for a QuickBooks Online (QBO) account: Update or change your Intuit Account sign-in information.

Please let us know if you need further assistance accessing your QBO account. I'm here to assist you. Take care always.
