I understand that you are facing challenges in moving products up or down in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) App after a recent update. This is not the kind of experience we want you to have. Since you have me, I will share a workaround to complete your task and enable you to utilize the program.

In the meantime, you can use QuickBooks Online through a browser to continue with your workflow. Thank you for your reply. I refreshed the data I reinstalled the app probably 10 times. That's not the issue the issue is with many things when they updated this app they took away very useful items. Again if you long press on any product it used to detach and you can move it up or down. Absolutely not an option now.
The suggestion to use QuickBooks online I appreciate it but again that's 99% of the time not going to work as I'm out in my truck or on a ladder standing somewhere I want to be able to just go to the app and do what I was able to do for 5 years before they screwed everything up with this update.
I don't expect any change I'm just putting this out here for other people too who probably agree that there were five major screw UPS on the update.
