I can help you run a Cash Flow Projection report in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Statement of Cash Flows report is available in QBO. This shows the in and out flow of cash from sales and expenses, investments, and financing of your business. To generate this report, please follow the steps provided below:

1. Go to Reports from the left menu.
2. Search for Statement of Cash Flows.
3. You can click Customize if you want modify filters or add columns.
4. Click Run report.

Yes I am aware of this Cash Flow report, but this provides actual Cash Flow for the date range period.

What would be good is to have the cash flow also have the ability to show the AR collections base on the customer aging and factor in the AP with the aging as well.

Can this be done? Has anyone done this in excel? If not possible to have this feature in and make QB the best product ever....

Cash Flow Projection is not possible in QBO.

You can google "How do you do a cash flow projection in Excel?"

You will find all kinds of answers. You can use Statement of Cash Flow report in QBO as your data if you want.

Will this be added to the future product road map?

OR can we have an excel plugin / api to achieve this in the future road map?

You can use Cash Flow Frog to create cash flow projections

Cash Flow Frog automatically generates a cash flow forecast based on data imported from your QuickBooks Online account.
The generated forecast is comprised of the following types of transactions:

• Unpaid accounts payable and accounts receivable imported from QuickBooks.
• Projections generated by Cash Flow Frog's forecasting algorithm.
• Manually added transactions (one-time or recurring) created by the user.

All forecast transactions can be edited (date, amount and details) or deleted.
