If you're referring to changing the Summary Report Basis to Accrual, you can change it by going to the Preferences. Allow me to help guide you how.
- Click on Edit at the top menu bar.
- Select Preferences.
- Click on Reports & Graphs from the left pane.
- Go to the Company Preferences.
- Select Accrual under Summary Reports Basis.
- Click OK.
Once done, all your reports will default to Accrual basis.
