You can change your mailing address through your Accounts and Settings. Let me guide you through the steps.
If you’re using QuickBooks Online, you can go to your Accounts and Settings to change your mailing address. But if you’re using QuickBooks Desktop, you’ll need to view your company profile and edit it from there.
Here are the steps in changing your mailing address:
In QuickBooks Online:
Click on the Gear icon.
Choose Accounts and Settings.
Select the Company tab on the left panel.
In the Address section, enter your new address in the Company Address field.
Click on Save.
In QuickBooks Desktop:
Click on Company from the menu bar.
Choose My Company.
In the Company Information box, click on the Pencil icon.
Enter your new address in the Address field of your Contact Information.
Click on OK.
