Change or update Primary Contact on your QuickBooks Account

Hello there, Chatter.

 

Let's get this taken care of.

 

You can change the Primary Contact of your QuickBooks account through the Customer Account Management Portal Site (CAMPS). This can only be possible if you are the current primary contact and want to change it to a new one.

However, if the primary contact is no longer available, you may need to reach out to our QuickBooks Care Support Team. They'll be able to guide you through the whole process of changing the primary contact on your QuickBooks Account.

 

Here's how you can contact our phone support: 

  1. Click this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Select QuickBooks Mac Desktop.
  3. Type-in Technical Support on the search bar.
  4. And click Get the Phone number below.
