I used to be able to change the size of invoice fields on the invoicing form so that I didn't have a huge chunk of space in the middle I'm not really using in the product description and could expand the product field to be able to read what was there. About a month ago something changed on quickbooks online and once I pick an item in the product field there's not enough space to read what I picked unless I click to expand the field as if I wanted to pick something different. This new "updated" version of the application is SOOO broken it's taking me more than 4 times longer to make each invoice. I don't understand why they changed it and removed functionality it can't be good for anyone. This is just one of multiple issues I now have that's driving me crazy, it's almost unusable! There has got to be a way to fix this I'm hoping but I can't see it...Someone please tell me they can help me?

Oh believe me I've already left multiple feedback suggestions. This is crazy to me it's broken and nearly unusable. It worked just fine before I can't fathom how they thought removing that functionality was acceptable. I also can't scroll down through fields like I was able using the down arrow when inputting the numbers of each item, instead I have to go back to my mouse to click on the next field down now, then put in the number . Lots of extra movements that were unnecessary before. When I click at the bottom of the list of products I have added instead of allowing me to select a new product it jumps to the next line below that it newly opens and I have to click a second time on the product field I was trying to open. More extra steps. There's so much wrong with the new update that it's unacceptable. Not little inconveniences but adding more work and wasting customer time. I can't be the only one having issues. I'm sure them programming that stuff back in was more work that they wanted to do so they just removed it, incredibly un-user friendly. Everything worked just fine before they updated and broke all of it.

I tried to reply right after your message was sent but the system blocked my first attempt saying I had sent too many messages. I tried a couple of times after another day and same message. Really convenient for quickbooks to block the ability to reply so it looks like the issue was resolved.
