Join nowI switched from Desktop to online in hopes of using payroll instead of our current payroll service provider. There was an issue during migration and called about 14 times to try to resolve and so many cases open. There was no ETA from the engineering team update on the case and no work around. I had to continue with our payroll service. I have requested a refund for being charged but was never able to use. While they have issued credits it is not refunded in full and customer service says there is nothing else they can do. There is no where else to contact customer service or reach a person who can actually help me. It's ridiculous to be charged for something I was never able to use due to the company's fault.
