Check error - shows in 'Pay Bills' with nothing due

Items show up in Home Page / Pay Bills. An amount shows up in 'Amount Due' column but the rest of the columns are zreo.

I'm here to explain to you why other columns show zero, Deb19543. 

 

In QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), the other column will show zero if there are no credits or discounts used. Additionally, the AMT. TO PAY column is zero by default. You need to check the box on a specific bill to display the amount.
