Clients missing from drop diwn in App

I am having issues with several clients not showing up in my list when using the app on iphone/ipad.

they are all visible from web page login, and they were all showing on my app yesterday.

I have tried 3 different devices, rebooted devices, uninstalled & reinstalled app etc

All the files are practice subscriptions so not an access issue 

no software updates have taken place so it makes no sense why they would dusappear.

 

Any ideas??
