Closing Business how do I create a backup of my data
It's a tough decision to close a business, but I'm here to help you ensure you'll have a backup for your data.
If you have QuickBooks Online Advanced feature, you can use the backup feature to create a backup copy of your data. Run a full backup process and export your data to your Dropbox or Google Drive account. Here's how to do it:
Click the Gear icon, then select Back up company.
Go to the LocalBackup tab.
Click the Link a Service button, then link your Dropbox or Google Drive account.
After linking, go back to the Home tab.
On the company you want to back up, click the Action drop-down menu.
Select Schedule Local Backup.
It might take a while for the backup process to finish. Check the Local Backup tab or the linked services from time to time.
