Join nowHi all, I have two seperate computers both running QB desktop. One computer is used solely for billing customers/invoices while the other computer is used only for payroll. Is there anyway to combine the two accounts from the different computers so I can have it all on one computer?
Thanks in advance
Greetings, @hcanno.
As of now, we're unable to combine two QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) company files. I'll take note of this feature and pass it along to our product developer for future enhancement. They're always looking for ways to improve our product.
In the meantime, you can visit our Product Updates page for future updates. From there, you'll learn what are product engineers are up to.
Also, you can consider looking for a third-party app to help you with this. Simply go to the App Center in your QBDT and search for an app from there.
Furthermore, do visit our Help articles page for future reference. From there, you can read great articles that can guide you in managing your account effectively.
Let me know me if there's anything else you need help with. I'm just a post away. Take care and keep safe!
There are 2 options:
1. Utilize a 3rd party migration tool

2. Purchase a 3rd party file merge service
