I am asked to sign in to my intuit account about every week to use Quick books. It always asks for my corporate email address but doesn't recognize it. When I sign in with my personal address it allows me to continue but says it will send a request to my corporate email requesting me to authorize my personal email. It never sends the email and we go this silly routine every week or so! How do I fix this?
Do you work in multi-user mode? Can you switch to single user mode and create a backup file?
Hi Steelblue9,
I'd like to share some steps that help you sign in to your QuickBooks without signing in to your Intuit account.
As Fiat Lux - ASIA added above. If we're in a multi-user mode, we can switch to a single-user mode and create a backup file. Please keep us informed on how it goes. While waiting for your response, we'll need to ensure to update QuickBooks to the latest release.
Afterward, sign in to your QuickBooks. If it's sending a request to your email and still got nothing, we can run the Verify and Rebuild Data within your company file to fix the missing Rest period, other items, and issues you're experiencing in QBDT.
