Managing user permissions helps you limit what your team can view and do within your company file. However, the option to create a user with access specific to the point of sale screen and collecting funds is currently unavailable.
In the meantime, the closest access you can give will be Sales Manager for QBO Advanced and Standard limited customers only for other subscriptions. However, please note that they can still modify or update other parts related to sales and customers.
On the other hand, you can utilize the audit log to track the changes made in your books and who initiates these updates. It will help you maintain an accurate record of your business data.
