Creating Bulk Transaction Splits

A client needs to split nearly all expenses into 4 different classes based on percentages.

for example all utility bills are split between 4 classes.  The percentages are derived at the end of the month based on performance of those 4 classes.  The why is not relevant to the discussion, let's just say it's a customer satisfaction issue and is a hard requirement.

It would be so very nice if there was a tool that would allow me to use something like the Reclassify Transactions Tool to include percentage splits in the reclassification.  That would save a ton of hours on monthly reclassifying.

Ideally, if I could select 1000 transactions, or selectively choose from a pick list and then give them all the same split percentages, that would be absolutely awesome!
