In QuickBooks, If you made changes in the customization on a report, you need to save it again to preserve the changes. If there are no changes made, the scheduled report may be damaged. To isolate this, let's delete and recreate the scheduled report. Be sure to manually select the date on the Dates drop-down and not the customized date.
Here's how:
- On the left pane, select Reports.
- Go to the Custom reports tab, then find the report.
- Select the ACTION column drop-down menu, then choose Delete.
If the same thing happens, I'd suggest reaching out again to our Online Support. This way, they can do screen-sharing and verify this issue further.
