Under the Action dropdown, I only have the option that reads SEE USER ACTIVITY. I need to delete 2 of the 4 users I have to add a new accountant. Please help because Quickbooks Support has totally ignored my repeated requests

Based on the details provided, it looks like you’re using the online version. To delete users, you need to have the Master administrator or Company administrator’s access.
