Let's make sure you're able to log in to your QuickBooks Online account. Did you receive any error message when you tried logging in to your account? An error message would definitely help me come up with a solution to fix the login issue. 

 

Also, there are several ways on how we can reset your password. We can access your account through CAMPS to get the full details on what needs to be entered in resetting the password.   

 

Additionally, you can use the I forgot my user ID and password utility to reset your login details. 

 

  1. On the login page, click the I forgot my user ID and password link.
  2. In the box, enter your email address or phone number associated with your account. 
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Continue with the prompts to reset your login details. 

 

If you're still unable to log in after resetting your credentials, you'll want to contact our support. They can pull up your account details securely and help you fix the login issue.

I have not changed password. Everytime I go in I'm having to get a code.  No where will it let me update password..  Very aggrevating!!!

Thank you for posting in this thread. Allow me to help in updating your password so you can access your QuickBooks Online account.

 

We can update your password through Intuit Account manager. Like this:

 

  1. Log in to Intuit Account Manager. Use your QuickBooks sign-in info.
  2. Go to Sign in & security menu.
  3. Select the Password section.
  4. Make your changes.
  5. Once done, hit Save.

 

Also, aside from entering your password, you can sign in and access your account in different ways using just one piece of information, including your user ID, phone number, or email. If you enter your email or phone number and click on Sign in a different way, Intuit will send you a one-time code to that email or phone number to allow you to access your account.

Which QB Desktop year version do you have?

Can you login to your CAMPS as the Primary Contact and find your license code there?
