When you set up online banking, the system will only ask you to enter the username and password you use for your bank's website. See sample screenshot below:
Sometimes, a financial institution will have various bank names on the list. Also, they might have different types of accounts but only prefer to release one website for QuickBooks Online connection.
You'll want to try other versions of your financial institution to ensure you have the right bank. You can search by entering the bank URL to ensure you are using the correct listing.
