I ran some tests on my end and do not have any issues running reports. Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the error message you're receiving? This way, I can check our back end to see if we have any open investigations for this issue.
Also, is this happening to all reports? Or a select few? The more information you can provide about the concern will help in getting this matter resolved as quickly as possible.
