Does QBO automatically file the Oregon Annual Withholding Tax Reconciliation Report?

I can share some information about automatic filing of Oregon Annual Withholding Tax Reconciliation Report.

Yes, you can automatically file the form in QBO. However, you can't run this report yet. Getting your state forms ready can be a complex process. This means that we're diligently preparing to ensure its accuracy and making sure that they'll be available soon.

As a ProAdvisor this really hampers our work schedules!!!!!!!!!  We need to be filing 4th Q on each client as we go so we know everything is done and correct.  Not have to keep checking and go through things again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's 2024 and i need to pull this report to manually file. Can you help me pull the report? When i search reports nothing comes up for the 2024 Annual withholding reconciliation report. We closed our business and paid the outstanding tax manually but now they want this report after we discontinued our QBO account. We are within the year since closing so the data access is still available.

You'll no longer be able to file the annual form through QuickBooks Online (QBO) once your account is inactive. Allow me to provide you with a workaround so you can file it manually, DjTrex24.

The Annual Withholding Tax Reconciliation report is an annual form and is only available at the end of the year. That's the reason nothing shows up on your end when you search the report.

You can use the Payroll Detail report to get your data so you can file the annual form outside QBO.
