Are you referring to the desktop version of QuickBooks Online (QBO)? If so, QBO is a web-based program, thus any information you've entered in the desktop version should sync with the mobile app, and vice versa.
We only have the mobile app version for QBO. If you're referring to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), the feature to sync or link to the mobile app is currently unavailable.
