I have been using their payment and qb checking account service for over two months no issue, even used my card last night.
I login today and it says my account is "on hold".
I call in and they tell me that the system just arbitrarily closed my merchant and checking account, holding hostage a few thousand bucks and I cannot do any invoicing or take payments.
WTF, no call no hey is there an issue just closed and now I have to WAIT UP TO 48 HOURS FOR THE ESCALATION TEAM TO EVEN LOOK AT THIS ISSUE essentially crippling me and my business.
What the hell is the point to offer this service if you're going to just close it and hold me and my money hostage? And not have a quick fix for this?
Does anyone have a number i can call because customer service is making a case but says I cannot call anyone else and I find that not reasonable.
I don't think you're going to get any help from Intuit here on this one.
They actually did, i hit up twitter and facebook and caused a stink. It was a fraud closure for some reason; but it's working now. Whew!
