Erro code 25625 when adding finance@ultahost.com to the main users list, which is an account for our CFO to manage the system

Let's take a few troubleshooting steps to fix the error code 25625 that occurs when inviting new users to QuickBooks Online (QBO), Elin1.

This error appears due to an invalid invitation link, issues with the email address, browser compatibility, or account permissions. We can clear your browser's cache to remove specific issues and help the program run efficiently. Also, you can use other devices and supported browsers to ensure everything works as expected.

Once done, invite the user again by following the steps below:

  1. Go to the Gear icon on the top menu and select Manage users.
  2. Click Add user and enter the user’s name and email address.
  3. Choose the Roles dropdown and select the role you want to assign to the user.
  4. Review the features this role gives access to. You can expand each section.
  5. Select the Account management settings you want to manage (if applicable for the chosen role).
  6. Press Send invitation.

You can check out this article for more details: Add and manage users.

If the same thing happens, use a different device such as a PC, phone, or tablet. We can also remove the original invitation and send a new one by logging in as the QBO Admin. For more details about fixing sign-in errors for QuickBooks or other Intuit sites, refer to this article: Resolve sign-in issues in QuickBooks.
