We previously had an investigation about the error, which was marked as closed and resolved. Since you're still experiencing the issue, I recommend reporting it to our Customer Care team for deeper evaluation. To do this, here's how:
- Sign in to your QBO company.
- Go to the Help (?) menu.
- Select the Search tab and enter a brief description of your concern in the provided field.
- Press the Enter key.
- Click the Contact Us button.
- Choose a way to connect (Callback or Chat ).
