Every time I log into this I have to re connect my bank accounts. Is there something I can do to not have to do this every time?

Every time I log into this I have to re connect my bank accounts. Is there something I can do to not have to do this every time?

So far, we haven't received issues with reconnecting bank accounts when logging in. There is a possibility that your browser is set to automatically clear the cache reason why it's telling you to reconnect. You can check your browser settings and make sure it's not set up as 

 

If the issue persists, I suggest reaching out with our QuickBooks Online Support Team to check and investigate this further for you.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern.
  4. Click Let’s talk.
  5. Choose Get a callback
  6. Type in your contact info.
  7. Select Confirm my call.
